10 participants from 5 partner organizations from Italy, Spain, Hungary, Romania and Poland participated to the project. Methods on awareness on communication against emotional blackmails, abuses and manipulation and methods like Transactional Analysis were the two methodologies that the host organization offered training on in the first part of the study visit.
After that visits to two amazing local entities were managed by the staff of Associazione Agrado. The first was Ortolani Coraggiosi - Coop. Sinergica an NGO that manages an agricultural cooperative which supports and employs adults living with autism, not by adapting the autistic employees to the workflows of those not having any disabilities but on the contrary, adapting all regular work practices on the cooperative to the capacities and needs of the autistic staff.
The second entity visited was Officine Cavane - Fuera Frontera!, an Ngo that offers accommodation and due process support to refugees coming mainly from Sub Saharan and Central Africa. Beside these services, they also offer language courses, sustainable agriculture, carpentry and theatre improvisation activities to the refugees so that they can develop themselves and keep busy while they wait to receive the documentation needed to stay in Europe.

The next step of the project is a study visit to Poland in May 2019.
The project is supported by the European Commission's Erasmus + program.
